Job Summary
Uruguayan American School is seeking an experienced and organized Education Coordinator to support academic excellence across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents to coordinate curriculum implementation, monitor educational programs, support instructional practices, and ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the implementation of academic programs and curriculum initiatives.

Support teachers in instructional planning, assessment practices, and professional development activities.

Monitor student progress and collaborate with faculty to develop strategies for academic improvement.

Assist in maintaining compliance with school policies, accreditation standards, and curriculum requirements.

Facilitate communication between administration, teachers, students, and parents.

Organize academic schedules, meetings, workshops, and school-wide educational activities.

Analyze academic data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
